1. Unofficial independent project
FFStriker is an independent, non-commercial fantasy football manager project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or connected to any football competition, club, player, broadcaster, data provider, image provider, or rights holder.
2. Third-party rights
Club names, competition names, player names, badges, logos, photographs, kit references, colours, statistics, data, and related marks may be protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights, personality rights, image rights, or other rights. Those rights remain with their respective owners.
3. Use of names, images, and data
- Any use of third-party football names, images, statistics, or references is intended for identification, commentary, private fantasy league play, and game context.
- FFStriker does not claim official status, exclusive data rights, or ownership of third-party football materials.
- FFStriker may replace, remove, restrict, or correct third-party material where appropriate.
4. Takedown and correction requests
If a rights holder, player, club, data provider, or representative believes material should be removed or corrected, requests can be sent to support@ffstriker.com.
5. Accuracy
FFStriker aims to use factual match data where possible, but football data may be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or disputed. Game records may be updated when better source data becomes available.
6. No commercial claim
FFStriker currently does not sell adverts, paid subscriptions, paid entry, betting products, official merchandise, or cash prize competitions. Any commercial features would be introduced with updated product terms and notices.
